This recipe is from Lacy Rasmussen. She brought this to the jar party and it was fabulous.
2 pkgs. cream cheese
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 TBS. chopped green onion
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Mix all of the ingredients together except 1 c. pecans. Refrigerate, then roll the ball in the pecans to coat.
