Cowboy Caviar

1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
2 cloves crushed garlic
cumin, to taste
1 can black-eyed peas, drained
1 can shoe pegged corn, drained
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 c. chopped cilantro
1 jalapeno, diced
1 avocado, diced

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Serve with chips. (It's a type of salsa)
